The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may adopt rules to carry out the provisions of ORS 746.275 to 746.300 and 746.991. Note: 746.305 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 746 or any series therein by legislative action.
