The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may adopt rules to implement and administer the provisions of ORS 744.101 to 744.121. [Formerly 744.111] Note: 744.124 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 744 or any series therein by legislative action.
