Oregon Code § ORS 731.731

Immunity for certain persons dealing with information collected from filings under ORS 731.730

Except in the case of malfeasance in office or willful or wanton neglect of duty or authority, there shall be no liability on the part of, and no cause of action of any nature shall arise against, any of the following persons by virtue of their collection, review, analysis or dissemination of the data and information collected from the filings required by ORS 731.730:
(1) Members of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and the delegates and authorized committees, subcommittees and task forces of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
(2) Employees of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.
(3) The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services or any representative of the director.
(4) The insurance regulatory official of another state or any representative of such an official.
