(1) The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall administer and enforce this chapter. (2) In accordance with ORS chapter 183, the director may adopt rules and make any specific rulings, demands and findings as may be necessary for the proper conduct of the pawnbroker business and the enforcement of this chapter. (3) In addition to the notice requirements of ORS chapter 183, before the director adopts a rule, the director shall submit a copy of the rule to each pawnbroker. [Amended by 1985 c.762 142]
