Oregon Code § ORS 725.330

Books and records of licensee

Subject to the provisions of this chapter, the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services may prescribe the form of the books and records to be kept by the licensee. All such books and records shall be preserved and available for at least two years after making the final entry on any loan recorded therein. [Amended by 1985 c.762 130]
