A savings bank may invest not more than five percent of its assets in each of the following categories of investments: (1) In obligations issued or guaranteed by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. (2) In obligations issued or guaranteed by the Inter-American Development Bank. (3) In obligations issued or guaranteed by the Asian Development Bank. (4) In obligations issued or guaranteed by the African Development Bank.
