(1) In the acquisition or investment of trust property, a trust company may take in its own name, or in the name of its nominee, any assets in which it may be authorized to invest or hold trust property. (2) Upon the satisfaction, conveyance or investment of trust property, whether the trust property is held in the name of the trust company, individually, or in its name as trustee or in a specified fiduciary capacity or otherwise, the instrument of satisfaction or transfer may be executed by the trust company in its own name.
