The Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall establish within the department a Consumer Advocacy Section not later than January 1, 1988. Note: 705.117 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 705 or any series therein by legislative action.
