Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the State Court Administrator may authorize access to case calendars, case registers and other case information that is kept in electronic form and that is otherwise not open to public inspection, including information on cases under ORS chapters 419A, 419B, 419C, 426 and 427. Any person granted access to records under this section must preserve the confidentiality of the records. The State Court Administrator shall prescribe standards and procedures for access to case information under this section for persons who need access to the information in order to perform duties with respect to the case. Note: 7.132 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 7 or any series therein by legislative action.
