The State Plumbing Board may impose a civil penalty on a person who violates ORS 447.065 or 693.111 or a board rule adopted thereunder. A civil penalty may not exceed $5,000. The imposition of civil penalties under this section is subject to ORS chapter 183. Note: 693.994 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 693 or any series therein by legislative action.
