Upon application, accompanied by payment of the fee adopted by the Oregon State Veterinary Medical Examining Board by rule, the board shall issue a veterinary technician license to any applicant who furnishes satisfactory evidence that the applicant has met the requirements for licensure as a veterinary technician established by the board by rule. Note: 686.375 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 686 or any series therein by legislative action.
