The Emergency Medical Services Program may create internal data systems in addition to the emergency medical services data system established and maintained under ORS 682.533. The program may not require: (1) An emergency medical services center to adopt and use an internal data system created under this section. (2) Reporting of data that is not otherwise required of an emergency medical services center in order for the emergency medical services center to obtain a specific categorization or designation that the emergency medical services center seeks to obtain.
