Bonds, letters of credit or certificates of deposit used to prove financial responsibility

ORS 682.111 to 682.117 apply to a bond, letter of credit or certificate evidencing deposit with the Oregon Health Authority that is the method chosen to prove financial responsibility under this chapter.
