In the manner provided under ORS chapter 183 for contested cases, the Health Licensing Office may impose a form of discipline listed in ORS 676.612 against a person practicing music therapy for any of the grounds listed in ORS 676.612, or for any violation of ORS 681.700 to 681.730 or the rules adopted pursuant to ORS 681.700 to 681.730. Note: 681.733 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 681 or any series therein by legislative action.
