An applicant is eligible for licensing by the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology as a speech-language pathologist if the applicant: (1) Possesses a masters or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology from an educational institution accredited by an accrediting organization approved by the board, or an equivalent degree as determined by the board; (2) Completed all requirements for the degree required by subsection (1) of this section at an educational institution accredited by an accrediting organization approved by the board; (3) Has completed supervised clinical experience required by the board by rule; (4) Has passed examinations required by the board by rule; and (5) Meets other requirements established by the board by rule.
