The State Board of Licensed Social Workers shall: (1) Pursuant to ORS chapter 183, adopt rules necessary to carry out the provisions of ORS 675.510 to 675.600. (2) Publish annually a list of the names and addresses of all persons who have been authorized to practice regulated social work. (3) Establish a voluntary arbitration procedure that may be invoked with the consent of clients and regulated social workers whereby disputes between clients and workers may be resolved. (4) Report to the Legislative Assembly on its activities regarding authorizations to practice regulated social work during the preceding biennium.
