The Appraiser Certification and Licensure Board shall adopt rules requiring an appraisal management company to provide documentation to the board showing that the appraisal management company provides training, in accordance with rules adopted by the board, to employees of the appraisal management company who: (1) Select appraisers for an appraiser panel; (2) Select appraisers to perform real estate activity; or (3) Perform quality control examinations.
