(1) Violation of any provision of ORS 672.045 is a Class A misdemeanor. (2) Notwithstanding ORS 131.105 to 131.155, prosecution for violation of ORS 672.045 may be commenced within two years after discovery of the offense, but in no case shall the period of limitation otherwise applicable be extended by more than 10 years. (3) Violation of any provision of ORS 672.525 is a Class A misdemeanor. _______________
