The Legislative Assembly finds that the development of green jobs is essential to the economic well-being of Oregonians and encourages the Governor to support clean technology and efforts to prepare workers for employment in green jobs. Note: 660.367 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 660 or any series therein by legislative action.
