(1) All moneys received for the Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund under ORS 657.805 shall be deposited with the State Treasurer subject to ORS 657.830. (2) All moneys in the fund shall be mingled and undivided and shall be administered by the Director of the Employment Department for the purpose of this chapter.
