(1) Benefits charged to a school district or an education service district for weeks during a labor dispute shall count toward the total compensation in the applicable collective bargaining agreement of the employee who received the benefits. (2) The district shall deduct from the employees future wages the amount of the benefits so charged. Note: 657.203 was added to and made a part of ORS chapter 657 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
