Jurisdiction of courts; proceedings in name of state

(1) Justice courts shall have concurrent jurisdiction with circuit courts over all cases mentioned in ORS 652.330 or 652.340.
(2) The Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries shall prosecute all legal proceedings on the commissioners own official relation, but in the name of the State of Oregon.
