(1) A dealer injured by a warrantors violation of ORS 650.390, 650.400, 650.410 or 650.460 may bring a civil action against the warrantor to recover the dealers actual damages. (2) A warrantor injured by a dealers violation of ORS 650.410 or 650.460 may bring a civil action against the dealer to recover the warrantors actual damages. (3) The court shall award reasonable attorney fees to the prevailing party in an action under this section. _______________
