In addition to any other legal remedy which may be available, a foreign corporation shall have the right to appeal the Secretary of States revocation of its authority to transact business in this state pursuant to the provisions of ORS chapter 183. Such revocation shall be reviewable pursuant to ORS 183.484 and shall not constitute a contested case order.
