Any domestic business corporation which is a party to a merger with a nonprofit corporation pursuant to this chapter shall comply with all applicable requirements of the Oregon Business Corporation Act relating to mergers except when inconsistent with this chapter. If a domestic business corporation is the survivor of a merger with a nonprofit corporation, following the merger it shall be subject to the Oregon Business Corporation Act. SALE OF ASSETS
