ORS 633.738 does not apply to any local measure that was: (1) Proposed by initiative petition and, on or before January 31, 2013, qualified for placement on the ballot in a county; and (2) Approved by the electors of the county at an election held on May 20, 2014. Note: 633.741 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 633 or any series therein by legislative action.
