Violation of any provision of ORS 625.010 to 625.270 is a Class A violation. Justice courts have concurrent jurisdiction with circuit courts of all criminal offenses provided for in ORS 625.010 to 625.270. [Amended by 1987 c.472 7; 1999 c.1051 211]
