(1) In any public eating place serving meals for compensation at which a butter substitute colored to imitate butter is served, the owner or manager shall cause the butter substitute to be served: (a) In triangular pats or triangular bricks; or (b) On a parchment paper that is clearly marked or labeled with the words margarine or butter substitute. (2) The administration and enforcement of this section is vested in the State Department of Agriculture. [Amended by 1999 c.197 54]
