Oregon Code § ORS 616.830

Altering labels or using nonconforming labels prohibited

No person shall:
(1) Alter, deface or remove the open date from any perishable food retail or shipping package carton, container or wrapper.
(2) Label any perishable food retail or shipping package carton, container or wrapper in a manner that does not conform to the rules promulgated pursuant to ORS 616.835.
