To the extent permitted by federal law, lands owned or administered by or under the jurisdiction of the United States, other than federal land as defined in ORS 607.005, shall be treated in the same manner as private lands for purposes of ORS chapter 607 and ORS 608.015, 608.310 to 608.400, 608.510 and 608.990. Note: 607.055 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 607 or any series therein by legislative action.
