A person whose self-inspection privileges are revoked, suspended or denied under this subsection may submit a written request for reconsideration to the department within a period established by the department by rule. (4) The department shall establish fees for participation in the self-inspection program in amounts sufficient for the department to recover the departments administrative, enforcement and oversight costs. (5) The department may adopt rules to implement this section.
