(1) A certificate attached to a copy of a document filed by the Secretary of State, bearing the Secretary of States signature, which may be in facsimile, is conclusive evidence that the original document or a facsimile thereof, is on file with the office. (2) The provisions of ORS 56.110 shall apply to all documents filed pursuant to this chapter.
