The Secretary of State shall keep, as records of office, books showing all acts, matters and things done by the Secretary of State in performing the business registry functions and duties of the Office of Secretary of State. [Amended by 1983 c.740 6; 1985 c.728 2,2a; 1987 c.158 9; 1987 c.414 58]
