(1) A certificate attached to a copy of a document filed by the Secretary of State, bearing the Secretary of States signature, which may be in facsimile, is conclusive evidence that the original document, or a facsimile thereof, is on file with the Office of the Secretary of State. (2) The provisions of ORS 56.110 apply to all documents filed pursuant to ORS 554.005 to 554.340, 554.420, 554.440 and 554.510 to 554.590.
