The right of a party in a justice court to appeal under ORS 55.160 to 55.335 may not be construed to prevent any party from seeking review in the circuit court under ORS 34.010 to 34.100 for errors in law appearing on the face of the judgment entered by the justice court or the proceedings connected therewith or, in a proceeding charging a violation or misdemeanor, an interlocutory order involving the constitutionality of a statute.
