The Water Resources Department Water Supply Fund is established separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned on moneys deposited in the Water Resources Department Water Supply Fund shall be credited to the fund. The fund consists of lottery bond proceeds, interest credited to the fund and any other moneys deposited in or transferred to the fund. Moneys in the fund are continuously appropriated to the Water Resources Department for grants, loans and other expenditures related to the water supply. Note: 541.697 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 541 or any series therein by legislative action.
