(1) Subject to ORS 153.022, violation of ORS 527.670, 527.672, 527.676, 527.740, 527.750, 527.755, 527.788 or 527.797, or any rule promulgated under ORS 527.706, 527.710 or 527.711, is a Class A misdemeanor. Each day of operation in violation of an order issued under ORS 527.680 (3) shall be deemed to be a separate offense. (2) Violation of ORS 527.260 (1) is a Class A misdemeanor. Violation of ORS 527.260 (3) is a Class C misdemeanor.
