The State Fish and Wildlife Commission may cause to be investigated, to such extent as the commission considers appropriate, the activities and operations of an outdoor club for which a license to operate has been received, previously granted or previously denied. The commissions power to investigate includes, but is not limited to: (1) Contracting for investigative services with, and receiving information and recommendations from, any other agency or political subdivision of this state, another state or of the United States. (2) Making on-site inspections of all lands upon which outdoor club activities are to be conducted.
