A person may not use an M44 cyanide device, cyanide trap, cyanide gun or similar device designed to propel a dose of sodium cyanide into an animal for the purpose of taking the animal. Note: 498.048 was added to and made a part of the wildlife laws by legislative action but was not added to ORS chapter 498 or any series therein.
