(1) No person younger than 12 years of age shall hunt antelope, black bear, cougar, deer, elk, mountain goat, mountain sheep or moose. (2) No person younger than 14 years of age shall hunt with a firearm or bow and arrow unless the person is accompanied by an adult, or is hunting on land owned by the parent or legal guardian of the person.
