The Legislative Assembly finds, in the interest of all Oregonians, a necessity to improve Oregons fishery resource through the further involvement of its citizens and through support by additional financial revenues. Note: 496.280 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 496 or any series therein by legislative action.
