(1) As used in this section, order has the meaning given that term in ORS 183.310. (2) An order issued by the State Forestry Department under ORS 477.490 (2023 Edition) that assigns property to a wildfire hazard zone is null and void. Note: 477.491 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 477 or any series therein by legislative action.
