(1) Regular meetings of the Emergency Fire Cost Committee shall be held quarterly. (2) Special meetings of the committee may be called by its chairperson or by a majority of the voting members. (3) The act or decision of a majority of the voting members shall be deemed the act or decision of the committee. (4) A staff member of the State Forestry Department shall be designated by the State Forester to serve as administrator for the committee.
