Notwithstanding the lapse, suspension or revocation of a certificate, license, permit or other form of authorization issued under this chapter, the Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission may: (1) Proceed with any investigation of, or any action or disciplinary proceeding against, the person who held the certificate, license, permit or other authorization; or (2) Revise or render void an order suspending or revoking the certificate, license, permit or other authorization.
