The Attorney General, at the request of the Oregon Racing Commission, shall bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction to recover: (1) Costs described in ORS 462.405 (6) plus reasonable legal fees for the recovery action. (2) An award contained in a final order described in ORS 462.405 (7) plus reasonable legal fees for the recovery action. Note: 462.408 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 462 or any series therein by legislative action.
