The Department of Consumer and Business Services, in consultation with the Residential and Manufactured Structures Board, shall adopt rules to create a mandatory random inspection program for minor electrical installations made by electrical contractors in low-rise residential dwellings. Note: 455.627 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 455 or any series therein by legislative action.
