Sanitary authorities organized under ORS chapter 450 that are in existence on November 1, 1981, or thereafter, are authorized to use the bonding provisions of ORS 223.205 to 223.316. Note: 450.897 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 450 or any series therein by legislative action.
