(1) The provisions of ORS 100.005 to 100.910 may be applied to a mobile home or manufactured dwelling park as defined in this chapter. (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1) of this section a mobile home or manufactured dwelling park is not a condominium for purposes of local zoning and planning provisions. Note: 446.440 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 446 or any series therein by legislative action.
