Oregon Code § ORS 443.875

Notice of substantiated abuse

(1) If the Department of Human Services or the Oregon Health Authority substantiates an allegation of abuse that occurred in a facility, the department or authority shall immediately notify the facility of its findings.
(2) Upon receipt of the notice described in subsection (1) of this section, a facility shall provide written notice of the findings to the individual found to have committed abuse, the residents of the facility, the residents case managers, the residents guardians and any contact persons designated by residents under ORS 443.444.
(3) An application for employment at a facility must inquire whether the applicant has been found to have committed abuse.
(4) As used in this section:
(a) Abuse has the meaning given that term in ORS 430.735.
(b) Facility means:
(A) A residential facility as defined in ORS 443.400; or
(B) An adult foster home as defined in ORS 443.705.
