Consistent with the requirements of ORS 443.705 to 443.825: (1) The Department of Human Services shall adopt: (a) Rules for the licensing of adult foster homes that provide residential care to older adults; (b) Rules for the licensing of adult foster homes that provide residential care to individuals with physical disabilities; and (c) Rules for the licensing of adult foster homes that provide residential care to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. (2) The Oregon Health Authority shall adopt rules for the licensing of adult foster homes that provide residential care to individuals with mental illness. Note: 443.734 was added to and made a part of 443.705 to 443.825 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
